Lost or stolen items:

Megs LeVesseur Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if you suspect your incoming package is missing or stolen. 

Please double check you've entered the correct information. If you've accidentally shipped your package to, for example - a previous address, no refund will be provided and no action will be taken by Megs LeVesseur Ceramics.
